Gluon transverse momentum dependent distribution within proton

Description

We obtain the T-even leading-twist gluon transverse-momentum-dependent parton distribution functions (TMD PDFs) for the proton within the basis light-front quantization (BLFQ) framework. Gluon TMDs are given by parameterizing the gluon-gluon correlation function and contain three-dimensional momentum information of the gluon inside the proton. We calculated the T-even gluon TMDs by applying the zeroth-order expansion of the gauge link. Different from the quark case, there are only four T-even TMDs of gluon. Our results are consistent with the Mulders-Rodrigues relations (positivity bounds). Within our approach, we find that four T-even TMDs in the leading twist are all independent of each other.
